Residence Building at Sanepa

Built on a 4 aana land parcel for a single family, this residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate the cultural lifestyle and traditions of a Newar family. The house includes parking for two cars and is carefully planned following a detailed study of the surrounding buildings. Strategically positioned light wells ensure ample natural daylight and ventilation, remaining unobstructed by adjacent structures to enhance comfort and spatial quality.
