House Renovation at Maitrinagar, Kalanki

An existing single-storey house was renovated and vertically expanded into a two-and-a-half-storey residence after undergoing a detailed feasibility study in compliance with municipal bylaws and structural design requirements. The planning and exterior redesign were carefully executed to minimize demolition, preserving much of the original structure while enhancing spatial capacity and architectural character.
