Having outgrown their previous family home, the clients sought a solution that would support multigenerational living while feeling modest, practical, and long-lasting. Brick-Box House delivers just that—a thoughtfully designed upgrade tailored for parents and adult children living under one roof.

This compact yet spatially generous home is anchored by two brick forms—featuring hit-and-miss and recessed brickwork—and separated by a first-floor north-west facing terrace. The design prioritises shared family moments while also carving out space for privacy and independence. It’s a home that brings the family together while honouring the individual rhythms of adult life at home.
